Once you complete your booking, you will be sent a booking confirmation via text/email. Should we need any additional information, we will reach out to you directly.
No problem! Our preference is that your trash bin is empty on your booking date. If not, we will remove any small debris and dispose of it. Large debris including trash bags will be taken out in order for us to clean them, and we will place the large debris back in the bin upon completion.
The best time to have your bin cleaned is when it is empty. Our recommendation is that you schedule your cleaning one day after your trash pickup day.
No. We provide our own water supply. We will also collect and dispose of any wastewater at the time of the cleaning.
We accept most forms of payment including: Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, and Bank ACH. We will text/email an invoice with a secure payment link once your cleaning is complete. For One-time cleanings and Monthly Subscriptions all payments are due at the completion of each cleaning. For Annual Subscriptions payment in full will be due once annually. (Renews every 12 months)
